So any pottery from say 1900 would also have value related to first women potters. And what is the third reason there are not enough women artist. My page did not load. Reputation not taken serious and ..??

Thanks for sharing. I’m excited to see the reflections of an artist in this MOOC. I think your reflection on art an academic pursuit is an important point for the educators in these virtual spaces to think about with you. My own though is that your discipline helps makers find a place in school, which can be a tough place to take risks and express yourself, depending on your seat.

Did you pay for this MOOC? That Open Education class i took a couple of semesters ago was free to me (though the folks who needed credentials and a grade did pay). Thanks for this. Sounds like you’ve struck some balance between the various costs and rewards that come with the vocation of teaching. Hopefully your students will keep paying it forward and setting their default to ‘share’ as well.
